So I have been doing this Couch to 5K running program. Its great!! Its a 9 week program that gets you from not running at all to running for 30 minutes continuously. Yes, I can almost run for 30 minutes. I am about to start week 9, which is the last week! I can't believe it actually!! There are MP3 files to download for each week that tell you when to run and when to walk and when you are halfway and all that important stuff!! I highly recommend it anyway!! It feels like a great achievement. I am now thinking about trying to run the 12K in the Bridge to Brisbane in August. But we'll see about that!
