Isn't she the cutest Puppy in the world???? I am only slightly biased :-)

The newest member of our family....

Meet Shadow - she will be coming to live with us on the 6th of December.  Meanwhile we are busy puppy-proofing the backyard.  Hopefully She and Jeya will get along and Jeya can teach her how to be a good dog! (we have also booked into puppy preschool, so we can give Jeya some assistance!!)

Biscuits all round....

We bought Jeya some doggy treats from the Forest Lake Markets - A bacon & egg bar and a cookie!

We bought ourselves a treat from Mrs Fields at Mt Ommaney. One of these is milk choc chip, one is dark (supposedly - I couldn't tell which was which when we got them home).  These were deliciously soft and chewy and chocolatey

Jeya gave the dog cookies two thumbs up (well she would have if she had thumbs)

Jeya

We finally have our Jeya back to being bandage and bucket-head free! It took a while.... She had to have a lump removed from her foot.  The surgery went fine, but when we took her back a few days later, some of the stitches had pulled apart a bit. They thought it would be ok, thogh and told us to come back a gian a few days later. THis time, some of the stitches had come out, so they bandaged her foot up with a lovely red bandage, which we had to keep dry by putting a sock over it.  A week later, we went back for a new bandage - pink this time, and then finally the bandage came off and all was well.

Jeya

This is where Jeya likes to lie while she is waiting for the sun to hit her bed in the mornings.... Yes, it is in the middle of the garden. We have learned not to feel attached to any plants in the backyard as they have a tendency to become somewhat flattened.

Sleepy Animals

All of our animals have gotten themselves into a routine whereby at a certain time of the night, they take themselves off to bed......

Jeya actually spends most of the day on her bed, but she would feel left out if I didnt include her here also :-)

watching

Jaspa likes to sit in our window and watch the ants go by. Or the grass grow. Something like that

Jeya likes to look up into the sky and wait for something scary to swoop down and attack her.
